  We love the Dandenong Ranges and Balance Mountain Day Spa is the cherry on the top of the mountain. A great option for any kind of day/weekend trip, whether it be to sort out sore muscles after nature walks or chill with a relaxation massages after tea and scones. We've been going for couples massages since 2013 and most recently I've been there for a pregnancy massage. Beautiful option for gift vouchers to special friends. Highly recommend Nadine as your therapist if she is available. Enjoy!

  Staff were amazing to deal with to arrange a spa morning for my sisters Hens days. On the day they were friendly and professional. The treatments were amazing and left everyone feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I am so grateful to everyone here for helping me make my sisters celebration so special! Lovely venue in a gorgeous area.

  We visited Balance Mountain Day Spa today and were warmly greeted by the lovely Nadine. The day spa is cosily warm, calming and spotlessly clean. Our therapists, Holly and Nadine were able to tailor a massage treatment to match our individual needs. We left feeling calm and nurtured, knowing our issues had been addressed. We look forward to our next visit to the day spa.... (next time Sue is including a body scrub and mud wrap!!) Sue and David
